本篇里的英文是2008年我在一本儿童英文原版书的首页看到的，因为我在陪孩子阅读的过程中基本就是这样做的，所以，当时看到这段文字很是有一种他乡遇故知的感觉！
这里谈到的reading指的是，孩子在独立阅读能力的萌芽期，他或她还无法完美的流利的独立阅读，可能会磕磕巴巴，可能会犯这样那样的小错误，那么，在这个时期，我们做家长的应该怎样做，来帮助孩子遇到困难时勇于尝试，使孩子的阅读过程更快乐？
Dear Parent or Caregiver
Please listen to your child read the book.
Make it an enjoyable experience by praising them for good reading.
Encourage them to read fluently.
If your child comes to a word they don't know, say You try it.
Allow them time to make an attempt.
If they get the word right, praise them.
If they get the word wrong ,give them a clue.
If they still get the word wrong,
tell them the word and encourage them to keep reading.
If your child makes a mistake,
give them time to put the word right themselves.
If they don't, allow them to finish the sentence,
then say You made a mistake. Try reading that sentence again.
Give them a clue or tell them if you need to.
